Refund policy
Products are protected by a 14 Day Money-back Guarantee which guarantees a refund on product or exchange provided the item is returned in an unused, saleable condition, within 14 days of receiving the order. The cost of shipping will not be included in the refund as this was the cost to delivery the item to you by the courier.
All goods are your responsibility until we receive them. We can not refund any items that have not been received safely back to us or that get lost in transit. For hygiene reasons, there is no return on jewellery.
